Verification Options
TPAY provides two ways of verifying the subscriber before subscribing them to a service.
Pin Code Verification (Subscriber on WiFi)
If they are using WiFi, or operator-based MSISDN detection is unavailable or fails for any reason, they will receive a pin code to subscribe to the service. Our partner has to follow the steps below to send a pin code to them, create, and activate a subscription contract:
- Call “AddSubscriptionContractRequest” API, set the
sendVerificationSMSparameter withtrue. - Call “VerifySubscriptionContract” or “ConfirmDirectPaymentTransaction” API based on the type of integration Subscription with Parking Period or “Subscription with Initial Payment”.
MO Verification
TPAY allows them to send a specific keyword to a service-related shortcode defined at the operator to subscribe to the service.
In this case, the partner will verify them by calling “AddSubscriptionContractRequest” API and sending the smsId parameter value, which is the identifier of the message they have sent.
