Special Validations

1- There are 3 free trials for daily subscriptions and 7 days for weekly.

2- No services with special credentials allowed.

3- The Welcome SMS will be sent from the operator’s side only.

4- Daily prices are either 1 or 1.5 SAR and Weekly prices are either 5 or 7.5 SAR
5- Monthly packages are rarely approved by Mobily
6- If they cancel the contract with MO, the contract will be canceled at TPay’s side in the renewal time whether daily, weekly, or monthly (they should be able to use the service after cancellation till the end of their billing cycle).

Note

  • Cancellation cannot be with pin-code. Only direct cancellation is allowed.
  • Cancellation using MO will not cancel the contract immediately. It will remain active till the end of the billing cycle, then it will be cancelled. A push notification will be sent once the contract is cancelled.
  • No SMS can be sent. So, it is required to allow them to access the service using their mobile number.
