When failing to collect the subscription fees on the renewal date, we will perform multiple retrials ensuring maximum revenue collection.
Fallbacks
Fallbacks is used when the price is not present in the balance, so we decrease the amount to be collected each retrial, ensuring to collect as much as possible.
Collect available balance
When failing to charge, tpay will collect all available balance to cover the subscription fees.
Backdated collection
In case they were not able to pay for the last subscription, as soon as they pay for the current one, our backdated collection system will charge them for the past unpaid subscriptions.
Notifications
As tpay perform multiple actions from their side with the operator, we keep our merchants informed by sending Notifications based on the performed action.
Charging notification
Each time a charging trial is fired, tpay will send a Notification alerting the merchant with the trial outcome wether success or failed with all needed info.
Status change
Each time a contract status is changed to active,canceled or suspended, a Notification will be sent

Skip bill
In this model, subscriber will skip the payment for a specific number of bills before getting charged normally
Discounted price
In this model, subscriber will pay a lowered price for a specific time period before getting charged the full amount
Testing device
When Integrating with tpay, we offer devices across all operators so our partners can test and check the flow from mobile view, reviewing the SMSs and checking the balance freely by booking a device through our dedicated device reservation URL.
